Surya Chandra M is an experienced IT professional with over 11 years of experience in the e-commerce domain. Currently, he is working as a Manager - Solutions Engineering at Bloomreach, where he is responsible for leading the technical discovery phase, creating and delivering powerful presentations and demos, managing and executing technical proof of concepts, and enabling partners to execute technical proof of concepts. He also leads a small team of Integration Engineers who work on technical integrations with various clients of Bloomreach. Prior to joining Bloomreach, Surya worked as an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer for 6 years with organizations like Sapient, Accenture, Intel, and McAfee. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of CMS tools and gained exposure to the e-commerce domain. He also worked as a Java Developer with IBM Software Labs for 2 years, where he built internal tools using Java and frontend technologies to help the organization automate manual activities for analyzing data and reporting. Surya holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. His tech stack includes Java, product management, integration, frontend, and software engineering. He is skilled in establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of the overall Bloomreach product portfolio and the competitive landscape. He is also adept at collaborating with Partner Manager and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
